SYNOPISIS:

Two young men set out to discover the mysteries hidden in the woods on the outskirts of town. Hesitant at first at what Jay elusively lets on, Sam agrees to go out to the woods to look for himself at what Jay says he must see with his own eyes. Following the passing of his father earlier that year, Sam is desperate to find something to bring him out of his misery, this may just do it, but it may not be what he expected.

Originally written as a short story horror podcast told by R. Wayne Anderson on his platform Storytime with Shade. The entire story was released beginning January 2019 and was soon sponsored and adapted by Orange Hat Film Productions. You can listen here:

The Podcast

Principal photography began August 1st 2020 shooting in various locations within London, Petrolia, and Port Stanley, ON. The film was completed early 2022 and made its theatrical release on December 10th 2022 at Hyland Cinema in London, ON contributing to its first box office revenue. More is in store for this film, stay tuned in 2023 for updates.
